Welcome to BoundlessXChange (BXC)—a human resources consulting practice dedicated to helping businesses bring order to chaos. I’m Ty Sorenson, founder and lead consultant.

I started BXC after seeing too much good talent wasted, teams stretched thin, cultures decline, and operations close when crunch time hit—or when the only HR person quit because of location limits, budget constraints, or lack of support.

Over time, I built a system to replace that struggle with stability. Employees thrive when placed in roles that match their natural strengths. Leaders thrive when they have sustainable operations and space to focus on growth—not just survival.

I earned my B.B.A. from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and have built my career in Human Resources- Talent and Workforce Design by recognizing talent, predicting needs, removing bottlenecks, and connecting businesses with the right community and industry networks. I specialize in helping organizations see quick, measurable results while building long-term stability.

I’ve delivered outcomes in some of the most unpredictable industries, roles, and remote locations, and I bring that same dedication to every client. Whether you need immediate fixes or a comprehensive plan, I’ll meet you where you are and help you stabilize quickly.
